Location & schedule
For a production in Helsinki, the schedule is planned together with travel from Turku. Send the venue and the time window, so travel, preparation and shooting can be scoped in the same proposal.
Scope & budget
The proposal specifies planning, production, editing, deliverables and agreed usage rights. Travel and any additional crew are included in the scope where needed. You can start with a budget range; no finished script is required.

We review the programme and the moments that cannot be missed. I also ask about access, restrictions and deadlines. If you need an aftermovie as well, planning photography and video together avoids gaps in coverage.
Can we receive photos during the event?
An expedited selection can be agreed if the schedule and scope allow it.
Do you photograph events outside Turku?
Yes. Travel and other logistics are quoted as part of the project.
