Welcome to Jeyshoots / Freimit. The service is operated by RCTIC Productions Oy (Business ID: 3477083-9, address: Vaunukatu 5, 20100 Turku, Finland). By accessing this website, purchasing digital products, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RCTIC Productions Oy in accordance with the laws of Finland.
1. Digital Products and Licensing
All digital products sold on the site (including, but not limited to, Lightroom presets, LUTs, and educational materials) are the intellectual property of RCTIC Productions Oy protected by the Finnish Copyright Act (404/1961).
- Personal & Commercial Client Work: By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, lifetime, revocable license to use the assets in your personal or commercial client projects.
- Prohibited Actions: Reselling, sharing, licensing, copying, or incorporating the products into another digital product for sale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
In accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection law (KSL 6:16), digital downloads are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download link has been provided and access has begun. If a file is proven to be corrupted or defective, a replacement will be provided.
2. Productions and Photography Services
Terms for production services directed at businesses and individuals (B2B/B2C) are defined in separate project-specific agreements with RCTIC Productions Oy. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Ownership and copyright of raw materials (RAW) remain with the producer (RCTIC Productions Oy).
- The client receives unlimited usage rights for the delivered final product within the agreed scope.
- The producer reserves the right to use the produced material in their own marketing and portfolio.
3. Community Guidelines and User Accounts
The Collective community is built as a safe growth environment for creatives. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates the following principles:
- Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior towards other members is strictly prohibited.
- Spam, direct marketing, or repetitive unjustified self-promotion in other threads is not allowed.
- RAW material shared in community challenges is intended solely for practice within that specific challenge and may not be published or sold as your own work outside the Community without explicit written permission.
4. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
We strive to keep the site available without interruption but do not guarantee complete uptime. The service and digital products are provided on an 'as-is' basis.
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, RCTIC Productions Oy / Jeyshoots shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages (such as loss of revenue or data loss) resulting from the use of the service, downtime, or security breaches.
